Haier y11b tablet pc laptop When i turn on the...

Haier y11b tablet & pc, laptop.. When i turn on the laptop the D drive appears but after little time that becomes disappeared. How can i resolve this problem

0 am awarded with haier laptop y11b .but the problem i am facing from very first day as it's been 3 days  using my new laptop is that often when i turn on my laptop nothing appears ....Red light turns on for few seconds and then off..and nothing appears on the screen....!!!
