Question About Hand Held Products Scanner IT3800
I have an IT3800 handheld, but have a new computer...

I have an IT3800 handheld, but have a new computer with a wireless keyboard and mouse. How do I connect the scanner? Right now I have an adapter for USB that connects. but it isn't working. It comes on and acts like it wants to scan, beeping when I place a barcode under it, but no connection to my Follett system?
