I have a cen-tech digital clamp meter, 95652, when I put the dial on DC volt setting to check a 1.5 aaa, aa, c, d, or 9 volt, I am not getting a reading, it stays at ooo, the ac voltage reads ok and the resistance works ok. I returned one and asked the store manager why it wasn't working, but he wasn't familiar with how it worked, so he said I could return it for the one I now have, but it is doing the same as the first one. Is it me or the meter???
