I have wasted sheet after sheet of paper because I keep getting the same message over and over.... to put in paper for alignment or clear carriage jam. There IS no carriage jam, and alignment message comes up over and over. This has never happened before... I have done a LOT of copying, scanning and printing with no problem.

0 I am having the exact same problem. I tried unplugging, moving the carriage around (per HP instructions), going around the power surge protector, etc. None of HP's advised solutions work.

0 Yeah, me too, i'm having the same problem. It's happening when i try to print out documents? Paper feeds in ok, but comes out blank??? I've got really urgent stuff here, needing to get printed out - it's driving me nutsssssss!!! Can anyone help me???
