Question About HP (Hewlett-Packard) All in One Printer J5780
Can't get it to turn off except by disconnecting p...

Can't get it to turn off except by disconnecting power cord. After waiting various times, from a few seconds to 30 seconds, it will not start normally. Instead I get all kinds of messages, like realigning, paper jam, and the like, none of which makes any sense.
