My fax machine says document loaded but there is no document loaded. i have tried unplugging the fax and hitting the cancel button to no avail. I am unable to receive faxes at this point. Any ideas what to do so I can get the faxes I need. I sell real estate and am home bound because of the weather and ice storms. Thank you for your help. Happy Holidays
