Error oxc18a0001...

I just spent $70 to replace the ink and get this error- it wont allow me to print! Help

2 I had an error code 0xc18a0106. HP said it was a hardware problem. I fixed it by cleaning where the ink meets the printer head. Works fine now. HP wasn't much help. Any questions....email me.
