Failing to install...

ERROR REPORTS ALWAYS APPEAR WHEN I TRY TO INSTALL IT. I HAVE ALSO TRIED TO DOWNLOAD THE INSTALLER ON WWW.HP.COM AND IT ALSO FAILS. HPZOPT01.EXE APPEARS ON THE SCREEN. I TRIED TO FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS AND GUIDES BUT IT SUGGEST TO UNINSTALL SOME PARTICULAR HP APLLICATIONS BUT THE THING IS, THERE IS NO HP APPLICATIONS INSTALLED. PLEASE I NEED YOUR HELPON THIS ONE. THANKS.
