i bought 4100mfp i didnt understand fax plz help me about send and receive fax/ scanner and printer at a time

0 I suddenly lost ability to use the fax. Looks like a problem in the image/color software drivers. HP offer online help but the configuration instructions are complex and very risky to computer registry. Need a simpler solution to resolve the issue.
