Question About HP (Hewlett-Packard) All in One Printer C4210
help hp photosmart C4210 to run...

When trying to scan a pic. the system says USB cable not connected and it is. I don't have the disc to run the program over again.

0 Whenever I press on 'Copy' I get a full page completely filled with black ink. What's the problem? Please help! Thanks
