When I power-up the printer, there is an error message displayed: remove and check black cartridge. When I do this, I can not detect anything wrong with the cartridge or the way it is installed. At this point I re-install it, close the door and I get the following message: print cartridge error: see the product documentation for details. Any suggestions?
