Question About HP (Hewlett-Packard) All in One Printer J4580
HP Officejet J4580 Ink cartridge error msgs...

Brand new printer. About 35 copies to date. Error message pops up on printer saying "incompatible print cartridge {black}" . The cartridge was never touched is original out of printer box and HP online advice to clean contacts did not work

0 Just ended a session with HP Tech Support. Not much help. After going through many contortions, he said the cartridge must be used up. It is almost full!
