Question About HP (Hewlett-Packard) All in One Printer None
HP officejet pro 8500 all-in-one printer...

I have officejet pro 8500 and hadn't used the scananer yet (got printer about three months ago and can't find instructions) and message on the screen said something to the fact that i can't scan on this printer"..not exact words...I just need some guidance.
