Question About HP (Hewlett-Packard) All in One Printer None
Imaginary Paper jam...

C4180 displays error message to clear paper jam, but there isn't. Even the usual approach of opening & closing all accesses doesn't clear the message. Also, printer, printer cartridges do not position to the right for replacement -- even if no cartridges are loaded. Any comments/suggestions will be appreciated.
