Machine was receiving 2 faxes, after first fax cam...

Machine was receiving 2 faxes, after first fax came through there was error message in window - "cartridge error: refer to device documentation to troubleshoot". documentation which came with machine does not have any instructions on how to solve this error. Machine is HP Officejet J3608
