My name is Peggy Sweet. I have an HP Officejet J4540 printer. The display is giving me the message, ""Print cartridge problem (Black): 1. Refer to Device Documentation to troubleshoot." I have looked at the manual and find nothing to help me. My e-mail is peggymunde@yahoo.com. Please advise.
