Need to know what error Oxc18a0206 on HP C7180 all in one printer means.

5 This a hardware failure message you may have to repair the product to resolve the issue although you can try the steps below once but I can not assure you that this will resolve the issue... Remove all the cartridges then clean the contact of the cartridges and inside the printer with IP Alcohol and cotton swab then insert the cartridges and check if the problem persist then follow the steps below.. Press the On button to turn the printer off. Unplug the power cord from the back of the printer. Remove all the ink cartridges. Wait two minutes. Plug the power cord into the back of the printer. Press the On button to turn the printer on. Install the ink cartridges when prompted. If the error code does not display, the issue is resolved.
