PRINTER TELLS ME TO SWITCH IT OFF. IT WILL NOT SWITCH OFF VIA THE ON OFF SWITCH,SO I HAVE TO PULL THE PLUG, IT THEN SAYS DON`T DO THIS AS IT MAY DAMAGE THE PRINTER.
