When I try to scan a photo to my computer, it says "Refer to device documentation to troubleshoot" and I don't know what that means and I can't get the printer to scan my photo.

0 i can not locate where to find the users manual so i may download the information onto my lap top so i can use my printer. Please send me the site and tell me how to download the information onto my computer. Thank you, Marjorie Jones
