When I print I get a tag in the view of the articl...

When I print I get a tag in the view of the article that says " Print to file and below it says output file name and I can't print out a page since I don't enter anything. this occured went I brought the laptop back from the "geek squad at Best Buy" How do I clear it so I can print a page?
