Question About HP (Hewlett-Packard) Computer Monitor HP 1702
no power...

I turned off the power and it will not return however the power light is flashing green. I even changed the power cord with a new one and still doesn't work, restarted the computer and unplugged an plugged back in the power cord and adapter cord still with no power.
