Question About HP (Hewlett-Packard) Computer Monitor W19
Please help find the manual for this Hewlett-Packard Monitor...

The on/off switch is pushed in and would not bubble back out. The monitor seem to be without the power. What can I do to correct this problem? DOes this mean the monitor is useless?
