Question About HP (Hewlett-Packard) Personal Computer Compaq
user manual-hp compaq 615 notebook...

my laptop, cannot shut down. It hangs after the saving your settings stage and does not respond to any commands, i therefore have to manually press the power button. In addition, it does not restart, or sleep or hibernate. It has been installed with xp software.
