Question About HP (Hewlett-Packard) Personal Computer ipaq 4150
Won't power down...

I cannot find a manual for my ipaq 4150. The instructions are very similar for the 4100 and 4155. I would appreciate a manual for any of these units. Currently, it won't power down. It is stuck with a blank screen except for the menu bar across the top.
