Hi I have been printing with only colour cartridge in my hp office jet 4500 . i have now inserted a new genuine BLACK cartridge and i keep getting error. PRINT CARTRIDGE PROBLEM (BLACK) REFER TO DEVICE DOCUMENTS ? PAUL

1 i have searched the manual but nothing refferes to my problem. do you have any sugestions paul
