Recently this printer did not print and I found that one of the screws connecting the cable to the computer printer port was broken so contact was not made. I remedied the situation by using a cordles driller to slowly AND very carefully pusing the broken part of the screw more inside the printer case. Then i opened the printer, unscrewed the power supply so that the motherboard was accessible and using a small plier, I managed to grip the end of the borken screw and slowly continued unscrewing it from inside until it fell off. Then I put everthing back in place and used a new screw for the printer cable. This worked for me. I hope I was clear. This can be used in other situations and I hope to be of help to someone.
