I bought this product (HP Desktop D4360) only to find when I tried to install everything was in German. I am wondering if there is a way whereby I could during the setup process change it to install in English I thought that the fact on the box there was mentioned in English certain details along with other languages that during process of installing there might have been an option to choose the language. . Any ideas if there is a way for me to install in English
