Question About HP (Hewlett-Packard) Printer None
Not Recognized by workstation...

I know for a fact there is a problem with the USB connection on the back of the printer. I purchased a new cable and if I wiggle it just right, the workstation will find the printer. Is there any way the cable connector can be changed out? Driver has been removed and readded many times
