I would also like to locate a manual to define parts and #'s. My 9650 is leaving streaks being caused by the small metal guide wheels that the print passes through - the last set - as the print comes out of the printer. They are clearly pressing and streaking the wet ink. Is there an adjustment? Does the arm have to be replaced? What is the function/name of these little metal wheels? Is there a fix or workaround? Everything else is fine... this seems to be a flaw in the design.... I'll provide images if needed. Thanks much.
