Question About HP (Hewlett-Packard) Scanner HP Scanjet G4050
Need To Know Where A Small clothes like pin goes inside scanner...

Yesterday acannning a document when a nois appeared and the scan stoped. There is a small pin (clothing type pin) excep very small. If I can determine where it goes inside of the scanner I can probably fix it. Just 15 days out of warranty and HP want do any thing about it. If you have a service manual that showes where it goes it would help.
