Having problem to connect my hipstreet IPAD5KBCS k...

Having problem to connect my hipstreet IPAD5KBCS keyboard with my Ipad. I charged the keyboard for more than 24h. When I press the button on the keyboard case the Bluetooth light does not flash so my Ipad does not detected my keyboard. Got a solution?
