i need a convertor box the avc-20...

i have a hitachi 32 inch flatscreen tv but it will not give me any picture or sound without that convertor box the avc-20 where do i find one for my t.v.

0 I bought a Hitachi 42HDT20 Plasma TV on e-bay but it did not come with the AVC-20 box. Where can I find one, even a used one?
