Hyundai Imagequest L70S monitor goes black screen ...

Hyundai Imagequest L70S monitor goes black screen in less than 1 second after power on or computer on. Symptom repeatable. Unable to use because of problem. How do I open the case to work on electronics? Or is there a known fix for the problem?
