0 Ok, this may not be what you want to hear, but I've had exactly the same problem on this monitor 3 times. It happened after I initially purchased the monitor (about 6 days after), and was able to get a replacement directly from the place I purchased it. The second time, it took about a month to break, which meant I was outside of the new for new replacement window. The repairs carried out for free lasted about a month, and again same problem. I've dusted the thing off the other day and sent it off (having given up with it and stuck it in the loft). Luckily RepairTech (Hyundai's warranty sub-contractor) are pretty quick to turn these around, and it looks like they've replaced the panel on it. I am certain there is an inherent design fault with this monitor, I truly hope you do not have to experience the same saga as me. Give repairtech a ring (you can find their number on Hyundai's website (make sure you pick the right Hyundai - there are a couple)), they will pick-up, repair and return for free, provided you have proof of purchase and your monitor is less than 3 years old.
