Question About IBM Laptop None
Where are the memory chips and the hard drive...

I just got this from Saver Store and I am trying to load in Windows 7, but when I turn it on and put the CD in nothing happens. I don't know if the memory chips of the hard drive is in it. Where are they located and how do I download Windows onto it? Thank you, Betty taylor1501@hotmail.com
