Question About IDEAL INDUSTRIES Paper Shredder IDEAL 2350
ideal 2360 just light on...

Have a brand new ideal 2360 from uk sent to me in canada, has only one page of instructions. I have plugged in and the green light is on and show red light for the flap. tried lifting the flap and close again, does not make any difference, please help!!
