Question About IDEAL INDUSTRIES Paper Shredder 2400
ideal 2400 shredder...

Shredder works in reverse when holdiing switch, won't shred as yellow basket full light is on all the time. Doesn't appear to need cleaning or lubrication as both were done recently. Any troubleshooting tips you could offer would be greatly appreciated. Or can a service manual be had online? Thanks very much! Dan
