Question About InFocus Projector IN2102
Infocu Bulb Replacement...

I need to replace bulb in the Infocus 2102EP Projector. I've unscrewed all the screws and the panels won't come off. I don't want to break it. Do I just have to remove the captive screws and if so, what tool do I use?
