Question About IBM Ricoh Printer 1612
error message "remove paper standard bin"...

What shall i do ? When the printer is powered on, self tests start OK and then printer is locked with the following message....."remove paper standard bin"

5 If the standard (top) output bin is not actually full, this message is due to a stuck, displaced, or malfunctioning bin-full sensor assembly. This sensor is located at the top of the printer where the paper exits.
