Question About IBM Ricoh Printer None
Impact on mulit-form too light...

On a 4-part form, the last two pages are printing way too light. We have changed the ribbon to a new one and the result is the same. It seems as if the level of impact is not hard enough. Is there a way to adjust the level of impact?
