I purchase the init Paper Shredder Model NT-JM100 from the Best Buy store. This was an out of town purchse otherwise I would have taken it back months ago. Anyway the problem I have had from the very begining is while feeding the paper into the machine it will start and immediately stop. I have to remove the paper and re-insert several times each time starts and stop to eventually it will take the paper and shred it. This is continuous to the point where I have given up using the machine.
