I seem to be getting a small clicking noise (it just started) when i'me shredding paper. Wonder if it needs to have a few drops of oil or some type of lubricant put on the inside gears? If so,is it ok to open the unit up and take care of this? Is their a diagram showing me exactly what is recommended that I can bring up on LIne? NT-PS10C ( NJ23)
