Question About Init Paper Shredder NT-PS12DC09
We have an INIT shredder, model number NT-PS12DC09...

We have an INIT shredder, model number NT-PS12DC09. Basket is empty without obstruction. The "basket full" light remains on and therefore, the shredder won't work. Please advise.
