0 I'm having the same problem, a password has been set for this device and it was setup 6 years ago, the person that setup the switch doesn't remember the password or username, and the customer that owns the switch isn't able to find where they might have left it. Couldn't find any reset hole on the entire box, and talked to Intel and they don't support it anymore.
