How do I unjam the paper? There is no way to get ...

How do I unjam the paper? There is no way to get the paper out, or even see the end of the paper to pull it out. I have a ESP 310, Service # 15F5187. Do I have to buy a new printer when the paper gets jammed? Very unhappy!
