...out the red light in the centre of a trio of lights i do not have any book to tell me what these lights are called or what they do obviously it has something to with the operation of my printer I have phoned and gone thru a series of pull the plug for ten seconds and replace I was told to change my black and color which had been done they then sent me a print head new one installed same red light flashing told me that they would send a new printer which I installed with my new black and color cartridge and new printhead it still does not work I'me trying to trouble shoot but I do not have a manuel to even explain what is happening at my end to a tech operator because he is talking apples and I'me talking oranges
