will not print black or good color. Put in new ink.

1 You may need to have your printhead replaced. That is what I had to do. I contacted Koday via email.

1 I just bought kodak 5100 yesterday , after install I have tested it was properly worked few sheets first , then it has been improperly in color ( turned into grey ) and not any word in paper . Could you please to help me !

0 I put in a new black & colr combo cartridge but very faint on the paper Pls help
