Question About Kodak Printer 5100
No Black INK PRODUCTION...

Why is my printer not producing the BLACK ink in my print outs.. Ihave replaced the cartrage and it still is printing INCORECTLY... (NO BLACK).. my printer is only 2 months old ...what is it doing.. I AM IN THE MIDDLE OF A PROJECT AND NEED HELP...

0 My printer will not print black ink. I have tried to calibrate it, but it spits out a 4x6 printout. Could you please tell me what I am doing wrong ? The printer isn't but about 6 months old and has been used very little.
