It acts like it is going to print then takes about 20 minutes to send a blank sheet of paper. Also I cannot turn off. When I remove the power source it makes all kinds of noise and then shrill of a noise before it is ready for me to print, then it won't. Why don't you, KODAK, have a trouble shooting place to email. Why do I have to enter my problem this way. I have not had this printer long. I set it up in February and my brand new printer was broke so you sent a replacement. Now that is only been since 2/8/08. I'm so frustrated with it. I need your help as soon as posible, please.
