Printhead removal...

I have bought a Kodak ESp 3 printer and a flashing E comes up-How do I take out the printhead to try again

1 Hope you took care of this already but if not. Fold a piece of paper and lay on flat surface. Remove ink cartridges and put on paper. Now gently pull that small level that was behind them and it should dislocate immediately. Pull staight up and it's done.

0 Thank you for your comments but the printhead was faulty and I had to return the printer to the Store Thank you for your help.

0 Oh, well my printer is a little over a year old and I contacted Kodak onlin tech yesterday and we spent an hour trying to resove my issue they are sending me a new one it should arrive in 4 days they said. We'll see. But IF my were newer I would have carried it back also.
